房間的裝修對不起房價，但為的是無敵景觀，不小心開了瓶紅酒以為是免費的，沒有放價格牌，收費價格在床頭的平板電腦裡

Let me start by saying the staff is fabulous in every way! The hotel lobby is gorgeous. The rooms vary greatly in size - even within the same category. The problem was that the upholstered furniture was stained and very unappetizing to look at or sit on as well as the carpets being stained. Not a chance that I would walk on the carpets barefoot! This was the case of all 3 rooms that I looked at!!!!!! We even upgraded an additional category to get a better room layout and a better view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain but the carpets and upholstered items were the same. The on duty manager offered to move us to their residence section which they rent out as well but it was already so late by the time the offer came in that we were exhausted and wanted to go to bed. Also, several of the electrical outlets didn’t work so we had to search the room to be able to charge our phones, the lamp on one side of the bed didn’t work, nor did the Nespresso machine. Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff, fabulous location and views but the carpeting and upholstered furniture needs to be changed!!!

Fantastic hotel, definitely the best location and view around burj khalifa - the interior is great and the rooms nice. The breakfast was good and service exceptional. The only downside was that I got a smaller room and I didn’t realise because I was too tired when we arrived. They upgraded the view but downsized the room. I appreciate early checkin after a long flight and I just wish I took a bigger room. Anyway I’d come back anytime, it’s great and connected to Dubai mall and the view is splendid

Hotel is in a great location, few mins walk to Dubai Mall.. Great view, cleanliness is good, check in/out process is smooth.. Staff is really professional. Good for families & Couples. Will come back again next time!
